2022년 가계소득 하위 20%에 해당하는 학생들을 대상으로 하는 입학 목표(Bottom financial quintile admission target - 2022)

한양대학교는 2023년 신입생으로 2022년 117명을 고른기회전형으로 선발합니다.

고른기회전형이란 한국의 기초생활수급자 및 차상위계층을 대상으로 하는 선발 전형입니다.

 기초생활수급자는 통상 생계급여 기준 중위소득 30%, 의료급여 기준 중위소득 40% 의 계층을 의미하며

차상위계층은 대한민국 내에서 소득인정액이 기준 중위소득의 50% 이하인 인구를 의미합니다.

즉, 기초생활수급대상자는 전체인구 중 소득 하위  15%, 차상위계층은 하위 25% 정도를 의미합니다.

Hanyang University selects 117 freshmen for the year 2023 through the 'Opportunity Expansion Admission System' in 2022.

The 'Opportunity Expansion Admission System' is a selection process targeting South Korea's basic livelihood recipients and the lower tier income levels.

Basic livelihood recipients refer to the population within 30% of the median income standard for basic livelihood support and

40% of the median income standard for medical assistance.

The lower tier income levels denotes the population within 50% of the median income standard recognized within South Korea.

In other words, basic livelihood support recipients account for approximately the bottom 15%,

and the lower tier income levels represents about the bottom 25% of the population.
