2022년 도서관 서적을 일반에 공개(Public Access to libraries - 2022)

한양대학교의 도서관인 백남학술정보관에서는 특별열람증을 대중에게 부여하여 도서관 서적을 일반에 공개하고 있습니다.

백남학술정보관 특별열람증 및 출입증 발급 내규에서는

제3조 (자격 및 대상)

제4조 (발급 절차 및 유효기간)

제5조 (자료 이용)

등을 규정하여, 한양대학교 구성원 외 일반이 어떤 자격으로 어떤 절차를 거쳐 자료 이용이 가능한지 규정하고 있습니다.

이 규정은 2013년 처음 제정되었으며, 2022년 10월 최종 개정되었습니다.

외부인 이용 안내

이용자격 : 성동구내 거주하는 만 19세 이상 성동구민

이용자료 : 학술자료 열람 (교양, 일반 자료 제외)

필요서류 : 성동구가 거주지임을 확인할 수 있는 본인 신분증 (주민등록증 또는 면허증 등)

이용공간 : 2F, 4F, 5F 층 자료 열람공간

이용시간 : 평일 09:00~17:00

이용절차

출입구에서 방문대장에 방문목적 및 열람시간 등 기록

신분증과 방문증을 교환하여 패용

2F, 4F, 5F 층 자료 열람공간에서 필요한 자료 이용 (필요시 지하 복사실에서 자료 일부 유료 복사가능)

자료 이용 후 퇴관시 방문증 반납 후 신분증 수령

These regulations specify the qualifications and procedures for non-Hanyang University members to access library materials.

These regulations were first established in 2013 and were last revised in October 2022.

External User Information

Eligibility: Residents of Seongdong-gu who are 19 years of age or older

Materials Available: Academic resource access (excluding general and non-academic materials)

Required Documents: Personal identification that confirms residency in Seongdong-gu (such as a resident registration card or driver's license)

Spaces Available: Information reading areas on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors

Operating Hours: Weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00

Procedure:

Record the purpose of your visit and reading hours in the visitor log at the entrance.

Exchange your identification card and visitor pass.

Use the necessary materials in the information reading areas on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors.

(Partial photocopying of materials is available at the underground copying room for a fee, if needed)

Return the visitor pass upon exiting after using the materials and receive your identification card.
