2022년 지속가능한 통학을 위한 목표 설정 및 관리(set targets for more sustainable commuting - 2022)

한양대학교에서는 지속가능한 통학수단인 셔틀버스 이용률을 높이고 만족도를 향상시키고자

매 년 운행 만족도를 조사하고, 만족도 목표치를 향상시키기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

또한 해당 결과는 매 년 인센티브 지급을 위한 한양대학교 부서평가에 반영되고 있습니다.

조사 문항은 다음과 같습니다.

– 버스 안전 운행 (교통법규 준수, 급제동 등)에 대한 귀하의 선택은? (학생 및 교직원 공통)

– 버스 내, 외부 청결 상태에 대한 귀하의 선택은? (학생 및 교직원 공통)

– 버스 운전자의 친절도에 귀하의 만족도는? (학생 및 교직원 공통)

– 셔틀버스 정시 운행 준수율에 대한 귀하의 선택은? (학생 및 교직원 공통)

매년 목표치는 직전 3년간의 평균 실적으로 하여 목표치를 설정하고 있으며,

산출식은 (만족도 조사 결과 5점 척도 -1 X 25)로 점수화 하고 있습니다.

At Hanyang University, efforts are made to increase the utilization and satisfaction of shuttle buses, which is a menas of sustainable commuting.

Each year, a satisfaction survey is conducted, and efforts are made to improve the satisfaction goals.

Furthermore, these results are reflected in the annual departmental evaluation at Hanyang University for incentive payments.

The survey questions are as follows:

- Bus safety and operation (compliance with traffic regulations, sudden stops, etc.)

- Cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior

- Kindness of the bus drivers

- Punctuality rate of shuttle bus operations

The annual targets are set based on the average performance of the previous three years,

and the scoring method is based on the satisfaction survey results, using a (5-point scale-1 x 25).
