2022년 지속 가능한 표준 준수 건물 신축(Planning development - new build standards - 2022)

한양대학교의 모든 건물의 신, 증축 및 리모델링 사업은 국가 법령으로 정해진 수도법에 근거하여 진행되고 있습니다.

수도법 제15조에 따르면 지방자치단체의 조례로 정하는 시설을 건축하려는 경우에 수돗물의 절약과 효율적 이용을 위하여 절수 설비를 설치하여야 한다고 되어있습니다.

이에 따라 한양대학교도 건축 사업을 진행할 때 모든 건물에 절수 설비를 구축하고 있습니다.

또한, 서울시 환 경영향 환경영향평가 및 인가, 허가를 받기 위해서는 건축/토목/설비/전기부분의 안전/단열/절전/절수 등 점수를 충족해야 하며,

녹색건축물인증을 받기 위해서는 에너지절약계획서를 작성 및 제출해야하기 때문에 해당 법령을 준수하여 건물의 신, 증축 및 리모델링 사업을 하고 있으며,

최근에 건축된 제5생활관, 미래교육관 등 녹색건축물 최우수(그린1등급) 등급을 받았습니다.

All new, expanded, and remodeled buildings at Hanyang University are conducted in accordance with the Water Act, which is a national law.

Article 15 of the Water Act states that water-saving facilities must be installed to conserve and efficiently utilize tap water

when constructing a facility prescribed by local government ordinance.

Accordingly, Hanyang University also installs water-saving facilities in all buildings when conducting construction projects.

In addition, in order to receive environmental impact assessment, authorization, and permit from the Seoul Metropolitan Government,

we must meet the scores of safety, insulation, power saving, and water conservation in architecture, civil engineering, facilities, and electricity.

In order to receive green building certification, an energy saving plan must be prepared and submitted,

so we are conducting new, expanded, and remodeled building projects in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Recently constructed buildings such as the Student Residence Hall Ⅴ and the Hanyang Nursing Leaders Hall have received the highest green building rating (Green 1).
