Hanyang University collaborates with local authorities to provide affordable housing for local residents.

Hanyang's Seongdong Hanyang Mutual Welfare Dormitory works in collaboration with

the Seongdong District Office and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation to offer residential spaces at half the market price.
